Leak detection and fiscal metering on multi-product pipeline, diameters 250 and 300 mm. The system has been recently upgraded to include batch accounting system. The pipeline transports batches of products from refinery to storage farm through an environmentally sensitive area with a large water reservoir. The emphasis of customer is on small leaks detection and reliable function with various products. The fiscal metering module provides the tickets and overviews of pumped volumes according to customer’s standards. Slovnaft is the major Slovak refinery and fuel wholesale operator. Pipeline management tools are integrated with the large SCADA system based on Citect by Ci Technologies, Ltd. (Australia).
